What are Cream Chargers?
Cream chargers are small canisters of pressurized gas (nitrous oxide, or N2O). When injected into cream, the N2O acts as a cool propellant to create the whipped cream as well as a preservative to keep the cream from becoming rancid.

Standard whipped cream chargers are all non-refillable steel bulbs containing 8 grams of food-grade N2O. Wonky Whip cream chargers eliminate this headache and waste from this old standard with new large disposable 2000 gram disposable canisters. That’s equivalent to 250 of the old standard cream chargers. Disposable and recyclable
Every Wonky Whip cream charger comes with its own pressure release nozzle. It is important to completely empty every canister before disposal/recycling to prevent dangers in the disposal process.
